How the taxi works
1. Call a vehicle
Open the app and “Where to?” Enter your destination in the box. After confirming that your pickup and destination addresses are correct, select Taxi.
Once paired with a driver partner, you will be able to see his/her profile photo and vehicle information, and follow the vehicle on the map as it is on its way to your pickup location.
2. Journey
Before getting on the vehicle you have called, check whether the information about the vehicle is the same as the information you see in the application.
The driver partner knows your destination and the route they can use to get you to that location as quickly as possible. However, you can also ask him to follow another route.
3. Get out of the vehicle
The cost of the trip is automatically deducted from your registered payment method. So, when you reach your destination, you can get off the vehicle immediately.
